Commercial installation questions

Short answers to what dealers, facility teams and procurement ask first.

How is commercial installation priced?

Per unit, from your purchase order or bill of materials. Every product on the list gets its own price. Site conditions such as floors, dock access and after-hours entry are priced once per site.

Do you install furniture and equipment we bought from someone else?

Yes. You buy from your dealer, brand or procurement firm. Our crews assemble, position and anchor it, and we tell you plainly about any line we could not match.

Can your installers work after hours or in an occupied building?

Yes. Give us the hours a crew can be let in. They are saved against the site and priced as a site condition, so the number you approve already includes them.

What paperwork do your commercial installers provide?

A certificate of insurance for the site, our W-9, the crew roster ahead of arrival, your sales-tax exemption on file, and a signed completion sheet by area.

Where do you install?

Across the United States and Canada, for one site or many sites on a single project.
